The role requires strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must be prepared to work night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM in a fast-paced environment involving emergency responses and resident care.

Must-have
Night shift 6p-6a schedule
Supervise nursing assistants daily
Administer medications and treatments
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Ensure compliance with federal regulations

Experience with MDS and care plan revisions
Willingness to participate in training programs
Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of PCC preferred
Must maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
