This role plays a key legal and strategic function within a fast-growing wealth management organization, supporting the design, implementation, and governance of equity compensation programs.
The Counsel – Equity Management will ensure that all equity-related structures, transactions, and documentation comply with applicable securities laws and regulatory frameworks while aligning with business objectives.
The position works cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll, and external counsel to manage equity programs across their full lifecycle.
