• The Refrigeration Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering Asda’s refrigeration strategy, ensuring all new sites, upgrades and models support long‑term efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.
• The role provides input into site selection and store design, leads system specification and oversees project implementation.

• MCIOB – Member of the chartered institute of building (Desirable)
