Saputo is seeking a HACCP Coordinator to oversee the implementation and maintenance of GMP, HACCP, and BRC programs within its manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have relevant educational credentials and 3 to 5 years of experience in HACCP systems, along with strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Summary

  • This position will provide leadership, knowledge transfer and execution of best practices and documentation related to the GMP and HACCP Programs including leading the HACCP team and coordinating activities required to implement, update and maintain the GMP, HACCP and BRC Programs.
  • Develop, implement, refine, coordinate and audit the GMP and HACCP Programs and BRC Requirements for the manufacturing facility.

Key Requirements

  • Post-secondary training in Food Science, Microbiology or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with HACCP systems

  • Experience in plant audits and inspections
  • Thorough knowledge of BRC Global Standard
  • Supervisory experience
