Job Summary

  • Provide mentorship and support to front-line Operations staff for advanced incident/problem management and deployment of automation solutions with focus on up-time improvement, anomaly detection and predictive analysis.
  • Develop and execute on end-to-end change management plans and plan and execute all communication related to these (Event/Incident/Problem/Access/Demand/Capacity/Change Management).
