Base: $226,893-$363,029 (Southern California) / $240,519-$384,830 (New York); Bonus: Individual annual performance bonus plus profitability bonus; Benefits: 15% company retirement contribution, generous time-away, health benefits from day one

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 8+ years information security experience
  • 5+ years automating security checks in CI/CD
  • Knowledge of OWASP LLM Top 10
  • Experience with STRIDE threat modeling
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or .NET

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Kubernetes and Containers
  • Familiarity with AI gateways and orchestration tools
  • Knowledge of NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act
  • Information Security certifications like CISSP
  • Ability to mentor diverse teams

Key Requirements
