Manage daily production and quality activities
Apply Global Manufacturing Systems principles
Work onsite in manufacturing environment
Drive accountability through people and processes
Operate machines and perform quality inspections
Respond to safety instructions and alarms

Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Processes
Experience with Built-in-Quality Initiatives
Lean Manufacturing experience
Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
Advanced manufacturing and assembly knowledge
Supply Chain or Quality experience
Proficient in Throughput Improvement Process
Key Requirements
One year direct supervisory experience or 5 months GM per diem group leader
Experience managing and leading people
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts
Basic computer proficiency
