  • Current unrestricted RN licensure in Kentucky
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • ENPC certification within three years of hire
  • NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire
  • PALS certification within 6 months of hire
  • TNCC certification within two years of hire
  • Mandatory nonviolent crisis prevention training
