Job Summary
The Customer Response Unit (CRC) maintains a 24 hour/7 day per week operation responsible for critical campus functions including responding to alarms and coordinating work in emergency situations.
This role involves assisting with outages and related communications, interaction with customers, data management of the incident tracking module, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The position is telework eligible and requires on-call availability for weekends as needed, with a regular shift from Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm.
