  • Responsible for safely running different types of table machines and equipment that sheets and processes extruded dough into products that meet customer specifications, while ensuring food defense and quality.
  • Sets up and changes over all equipment to meet customer specifications and conducts pre-op inspections as required to ensure food safety and equipment readiness.
  • Maintains all required documentation and takes care of equipment in the assigned area, taking corrective action and getting help as needed.
