Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting and overseeing the implementation of Pfizer’s compliance program designed to prevent and detect systemic compliance issues in the market and cluster.
Act as a key compliance partner to Commercial, Medical, and enabling functions by enabling business execution while supporting effective identification and management of compliance, ethics, third-party, and emerging technology risks.
Support driving evolution of the market compliance program toward scalable, data and technology enabled risk identification, monitoring, and advisory models, aligned with global compliance initiatives, and local practices aligned with Japan regulatory expectations.
