Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving the effective operation, performance, and execution of Unum’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Inclusion Network programming.
  • The Manager serves as an operational partner to ERG leaders and the I&D team, leading coordination efforts, managing communication workflows, and ensuring alignment and execution across the full Inclusion Network portfolio.
