This role serves as the critical technical liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Contract Manufacturing partners to enable scalable production of solar energy storage products.
The successful candidate will own all aspects of mechanical components quality, ensuring products meet stringent performance and durability requirements including warranty expectations of up to 25 years.
The position requires flexible work hours for offshore collaboration and involves up to 30% travel, including potential international trips.

PPAP and DFMEA execution
8D methodology for SCAR closure
Contract manufacturer quality audits

Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Power electronics background
International matrix organization experience
UL1741 hardware certification knowledge

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
7 years experience in contract manufacturing environment
