Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine or Social Work required
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker [LICSW] OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor [LMHC] required
  • LICSW - 2-3 years clinical experience in a medical setting
  • LMHC - 3-5 years behavioral medicine/mental health or clinical social work experience
