Key Requirements
Graduate of Health Care Aide program
Minimum 500 hours theory & practicum
Experience working with seniors
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills
Sound skills and knowledge of providing personal care
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
Ability to perform necessary tasks (e.g. lifting/transferring)
Provide Vulnerable Sector Check (within six months)
