Key Requirements

  • 5+ years post-graduate experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo
  • Energy modeling experience (ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G)
  • Proficient in IES VE, EQuest, OpenStudio/EnergyPlus, Climate Studio, Ladybug/Honeybee, Therm, OneClick LCA, or Tally
  • Knowledge of LEED, WELL, Passive House, LBC, ILFI Zero Carbon, Green Globes, BREEAM, Fitwel
