Provide oversight for multiple Workday Finance projects across the practice and serve as Solution Architect on 2–3 concurrent projects, guiding the overall solution design.
Partner with the sales team to support RFP responses, solutioning, estimations, and SOW development, and participate in client orals and pre-sales discussions.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture, mentoring and coaching consultants, and managing team performance and utilization targets.
