Job Summary

• The Director, Alliance Management will lead strategic alliances within the Oncology therapeutic area of Innovative Medicine, focusing on post-deal and day-to-day alliance activities to achieve strategic objectives.
• Responsibilities include establishing clear communication lines, anticipating and resolving issues, negotiating ancillary agreements, and ensuring high-quality partner relationships.
• The role requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience, a strong understanding of drug development, and excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
