This role requires deep technical understanding of nuclear plant programs to guide complex engineering activities while serving as the primary interface with EPC partners, OEMs, and regulators.
The successful candidate will drive risk-informed decisions, maintain budget discipline, and foster a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and collaboration across all project levels.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Nuclear, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management desirable
Minimum 15 years in nuclear power industry
Minimum 7-10 years leading large-scale capital projects
