• This Market Leader will be a regional leader for ARES’ multifamily development platform, responsible for the financial performance of the Southern California market through identification, closing and execution of development deals.
• Essential duties include sourcing and evaluating development opportunities, managing broker and owner relationships, negotiating with buyers/sellers, and overseeing budget preparation and forecasting.
