  • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, team dynamics, continuous feedback, and career growth of direct reports.
  • Focus on redesigning engineering work with autonomous agents, operationalizing agentic workflows, and building reusable agentic primitives.

  • Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
