Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6+ years project managing Enterprise ERP solutions
  • Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
  • Prior consulting experience in software or internal consulting
  • Working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS business areas
  • Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time

Nice-to-have

  • Business development and service sales experience
  • Executive presence with outstanding communication skills
  • Balance of functional and technical experience
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheets
  • Ability to inspire and influence others effectively

Key Requirements

  • Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5) level
  • 6-8 years of demonstrable project management experience
  • Consulting experience with internal or external firms
  • Implementation experience with Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Ellucian
  • 4-6 years working knowledge of specific business areas
