Job Summary

  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing day to day nursing activities in accordance with current rules and regulations governing the long term care facility.
  • Participate in developing and maintaining nursing policies, quality assurance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
  • Provide direct nursing care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges while maintaining a supportive and professional environment.

Key Requirements

  • Maintain continuing education and licensing
