Job Summary
The Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving sustainable, cross-site operational improvements across the organization using Lean principles.
Candidates will lead Kaizen events, develop standard work, and coach teams to embed and sustain improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams.
