Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director for Clinical Demand & Operations Planning (CD&OP) Execution Lead to enhance supply chain operations and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical supply chain planning and a strong background in project management
Job Summary
Lead the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of Demand Alignment, Supply Review, and Clinical D&OP forums, including agenda development, timing plus scheduling, material preparation, and effective escalation.
Partner with Clinical Operations and cross functional R&D stakeholders to bridge supply chain expertise with market and study knowledge, enabling resolution of business-critical issues and informing key strategic decisions within Clinical Supply Chain.
Execute and sustain an integrated CD&OP operating cadence, ensuring a seamless flow of information, decisions, and escalations across Demand Alignment, Supply Review, Finance, Therapeutic level CD&OP, CSC level CD&OP, and Executive S&OP forums.
