Job Summary

  • This position will be responsible for the resolution of moderate to high complexity and moderate to high exposure claims which can be subject to disputes that must be resolved in mediation or litigation.
  • Investigate, negotiate, and settle complex primary and excess policy management liability claims including D&O, EPL, and Fiduciary Liability.
