Key Requirements

  • Independently proficient in supply chain management, lean supply chains, data integrity
  • Demonstrated mastery of supply strategy development, influencing, collaboration, enterprise thinking, relationship management, financial acumen, product costing and business case development experience
  • A comprehensive understanding of product development, manufacturing and supply management
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and influencing to senior levels of the organization
  • Through knowledge of lean as it supplies to supply chains
  • Understanding of global, regional and local environments
  • A detailed understanding of the pharmaceutical or broader healthcare/FMCG industries
  • Previous experience in a supply-chain management or related role
  • Previous experience in at least two operations, or product development roles/functions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
