As a Client Service Representative, your job tasks would include answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, answering e-mails and communicating with clients via PetDesk, checking-in clients and patients, collecting and processing payments, and maintaining a clean lobby.
The Client Service Representative role is essential to the success of the hospital and we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication, multitasking and organizational skills, and compassion for our patients and their owners.
