Job Summary

  • This position involves receiving service calls, diagnosing and repairing fire alarm and related systems, reading blueprints and technical documents, and providing high-level customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Candidates must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, participate in on-call rotations, and adhere to safety guidelines while performing physical tasks such as climbing ladders and moving heavy equipment.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in low voltage electrical systems
  • NICET Level II certification strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license meeting company requirements
  • Ability to carry equipment weighing 50-70 lbs
  • Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet
  • Knowledge of test equipment and commissioning devices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
