Must-have
6+ years internal audit experience
Lead complex audit engagements end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management skills
Expertise in COSO and IIA Standards
Knowledge of NYDFS and AML/BSA regulations
Nice-to-have
Experience in fintech or crypto industry
Familiarity with data analytics and AI tools
CIA or CAMS certification preferred
Interest in emerging digital asset trends
Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
6+ years of internal audit experience
CIA, CAMS, or equivalent certification (plus)
Familiarity with NYDFS, FCA, MAS, DFSA regulations
