The User Education and Enablement Manager will lead the development and scaling of IDBS’s customer, associate, and partner education and certification programmes.
This position reports to the Head of Alliances and is based out of the IDBS head office in Woking, UK.
Define and track learning KPIs to measure program effectiveness and implement feedback mechanisms to assess ongoing trainee capability.
