Job Summary

  • The User Education and Enablement Manager will lead the development and scaling of IDBS’s customer, associate, and partner education and certification programmes.
  • This position reports to the Head of Alliances and is based out of the IDBS head office in Woking, UK.
  • Define and track learning KPIs to measure program effectiveness and implement feedback mechanisms to assess ongoing trainee capability.
