Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Eight (8) years or more experience managing complex logistics or supply chain operations
  • Six (6) years or more managing large, multi-level operational teams
  • Five (5) years or more P&L responsibility
  • Five (5) years or more experience managing customer relationships in a contract logistics or 3PL environment
  • Five (5) years or more experience leading high-volume distribution center operations
  • Candidates must reside within a two-hour driving radius of Hagerstown, Maryland
