  • This position will work closely with about 40 municipalities to help ensure they understand and comply with their statutory requirements in relation to their Grand List and its maintenance.

Salary

Base: $27.50 - $42.94/hour ($57,200 - $89,315.20 annually); Benefits: 80% State paid medical premium, dental, pension, deferred compensation, FMLI, tuition reimbursement, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher AND 3+ years experience in property assessment, tax administration, or real estate appraisal
  • High School diploma or equivalent AND 5+ years experience in property assessment, tax administration, or real estate appraisal
  • Complete advanced appraisal course within two years of appointment
  • Must agree to be fingerprinted and pass a background check
