Base: $120,000-$200,000+; Bonus: Discretionary bonus based on performance; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Oversight of electrical HVAC and plumbing systems
Manage all staff assigned to project
Monitor schedules spending and related
Review subcontractor and vendor invoices
Prepare close out documentation including warranties
Nice-to-have
Experience with BIM Navisworks Revit
High-end construction project background
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to negotiate changes
Client satisfaction focus
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Science preferred
8-12 years in commercial construction management
Heavy Mechanical or Electrical background preferred
