5+ years civil construction experience
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
AutoCAD proficiency required
Experience with Singapore authority submissions
Knowledge of geotechnical instrumentation
Setting out and leveling skills

RE/RTO certificate from IES
Design and build project experience
Strong mentorship and coaching abilities

Key Requirements
Registration as Professional Engineer (PE) or eligible for BCA registration
BEng degree recognized by PE board/IES
Risk management and implementation plan certificate
NCE certification with all authorities
