Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Validation experience in automation or utilities
Strong technical writing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
Experience with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ documentation
Nice-to-have
Experience with entire project lifecycle from concept to startup
Leadership and organizational skills
Flexibility with tasks and analytical capabilities
Willingness to travel for installation and startup
Key Requirements
Minimum 2-7 years experience for Validation Engineer II
Minimum 7+ years experience for Sr. Validation Engineer
Minimum 10+ years experience for Sr. Project Manager
