Job Summary
The Tax Process Strategy & Solutions Senior Associate’s primary responsibility is to provide support and to collaborate with Process Leads, Business Product Owners, and Business Analyst Managers to understand how third-party products and custom-developed solutions fit into the overall “vision” for one or more business area(s).
The goal of this role is to drive long-term scalability and sustainability of the business for a competitive advantage.

Key Requirements
2-4 years of project coordination
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Technology
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Proficiency in generative AI tools
CPA or EA certification (preferred)
Lean Six Sigma and/or IIBA certification (preferred)
