Base: $51,400 - $85,600 (Level 2) or $61,100 - $101,800 (Level 3); Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO, and company paid holidays

Must-have
CNC 5-axis machining experience required
Experience with composite honeycomb aluminum materials
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Experience running HAAS and DMG Mori machines
Knowledge of advanced shop math calculations
Nice-to-have
Associates degree or Trade School certification
Experience with HAAS GM2 5-Axis Controller
Demonstrated ability to resolve unforeseen issues
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience for Level 2
