Job Summary
This position is responsible for daily operation, maintenance and repair of assigned Dining and Centers buildings including food service equipment repair, custodial equipment repair, preventative maintenance, building maintenance, inspections, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry repairs.
The employee shift is 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime as directed, and will be required to respond to a 24-hour maintenance phone on a rotation with other staff.
