The Category Manager is responsible for managing Caliber’s direct spend and supplier relationships across the network, driving strategic sourcing and optimizing cost structures.
This role will partner closely with field leadership, operations, and procurement teams to create a comprehensive category strategy that supports growth and improves profit.
Essential duties include developing and maintaining a 3-5 year Category Strategy, building strong vendor relationships, and negotiating contracts with a focus on profit margin optimization and service-level commitments.
