Job Summary

  • This role functions as the Principal Design Engineer responsible for the design, development, validation, and lifecycle support of Radio Frequency (RF) coaxial cable, telecom, and fiber products used in wireless infrastructure applications.
  • Manage and prioritize all engineering efforts to align with and achieve the strategic objectives of the business unit and direct development of new products utilizing the full capabilities of the MIEI group.
  • Prepare the R&D budget aligned with long-term strategic initiatives and develop and manage execution of R&D activities aligned with long-term product roadmaps.
