Job Summary

  • Manage resource headcount, including existing, attrition, and new hires, with analysis against budget and forecast.
  • Maintain and update resource data such as rate cards, utilization targets, and team/product information, while tracking project assignments and schedules.
  • Plan and execute periodic skills assessment processes, reporting progress and analyzing skills data, alongside tracking resource bandwidth and contractor extensions.
