The successful candidate will oversee full restaurant operations including service, kitchen coordination, guest experience, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with Singapore food safety regulations.

Must-have
Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills

Good financial acumen for P&L and cost control
Familiar with Singapore F&B regulations and licensing
