Supervises operational activities of pharmacy technicians, coordinates staff to meet daily priorities, resolves issues, and ensures services are safe, timely and high quality.
Supports budget targets through inventory management, waste reduction, and efficient workflows, and coordinates daily staffing and scheduling of pharmacy technicians.
Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which includes coaching on performance, completes performance reviews and overall staff morale.
