Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 1 year inbound call center experience
Fluency in English speaking and writing
Ability to handle 3 concurrent chats
Typing speed of 25 words per minute with 95% accuracy
Availability for night shifts and overtime during peak periods
Nice-to-have
Empathetic approach to customer service
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
Experience promoting insurance products and services
Positive attitude in high-pressure environments
Key Requirements
Completed at least 2 years in college
Maximum overall experience is 5-6 years
Minimum 1 year inbound call center experience
Maximum 4 years call center experience
Proficient Windows knowledge and keyboarding skills
