This role partners with HR business partners, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure pay competitiveness, internal equity, statutory compliance, cost effectiveness, and exceptional employee experience.

Key Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
Strong analytical skills
Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems
Solid understanding of statutory benefits and labor laws in India and broader APAC
