  • Support the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives within the War Fighter Integrator (WFI) program while also contributing to enterprise talent strategy efforts led by Human Resources.
  • Assist with coordination and tracking of key program initiatives, deliverables, and milestones, and support HR initiatives related to strategic workforce planning, skills development, and talent pipelines.
  • Gain exposure to enterprise-level program management within a major defense and technology company and insight into how talent strategy and workforce planning support large-scale programs.
