Key Requirements
FINRA Series 6 or 7, and 63 or 66, State Insurance licensing, or ability to obtain required licenses within 6 months
Experience in retirement, financial services, or institutional relationship management
Proven track record managing strategic or complex customer accounts
Experience influencing senior-level customer and internal stakeholders
Understanding of retirement plan design and employee financial wellness strategies
Ability to develop strategy, set goals, and pivot effectively
Demonstrated initiative, motivation, accountability, and resilience
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze complex customer relationships and execute against strategic goals
Strong business acumen, executive presence, and communication skills
Proven ability to build rapport and partner effectively
