Job Summary

• The Sr. Physician Recruiter is responsible for the strategic recruitment of employed and private practice physicians to meet community needs at the organization’s facilities by utilizing a variety of recruiting resources in support of Memorial Hermann’s provider recruitment process.
• The position requires five (5) or more years experience in physician recruitment, sales, marketing, or physician relations in a health care setting, with a strong knowledge of physician recruitment.
• Collaborates with the Provider Recruitment Team, MH leadership, campus administration and the medical staff to develop and implement a physician sourcing plan to help meet the physician recruitment goals and objectives of the organization while meeting the community need for access to care.
