Must-have
PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Expertise in crystallization process development
Advanced mastery of particle engineering technologies
Experience with QbD and PAT principles
Fluency in English and French languages

Experience working on projects spanning discovery through commercialization
Expertise in crystallization modeling and simulation tools

Key Requirements
PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
Solid recognized expertise in solid-state chemistry and polymorphism
Mastery of characterization techniques including XRPD and DSC
